HousingAnywhere allows you to select your preferred tenants among the enquiries you receive. To receive more relevant requests, you have to be as specific as possible when creating your listings.

Receive more requests for the correct rental period

Calendar functionality

When tenants select the desired period of their stay, search results only show the properties available for the selected rental period. Use the Calendar feature to keep the availability of your listings up to date.

Minimum required stay

Specify the minimum rental period you’re willing to accept for a booking. For instance, if you select 6 months as the minimum rental period, your listings won’t be shown to tenants looking for accommodation for a shorter period.

Tip: If you’re flexible with the minimum required stay, we suggest you set it to a maximum of 3 months to receive more requests.

Attracting the right tenants

If you have preferences for your tenants, you can select:

• Preferred gender
• Minimum and maximum age
• Tenant type: only students, only working professionals, or both.

Please note that this will not prevent other tenants from contacting you. However, it shows tenants your preferences, increasing the relevancy of the requests you receive.

Description

Specify any other requirements you might have in the listing's description. Also, we invite you to be honest about your rental conditions. This will filter out candidates who are not a good fit for your properties.
