You can find this cool concept bar in both Madrid and Barcelona, none of their spirits are branded but all made by a hipster barman who goes by the name of Narciso Bermejo. His goal is to change the way we drink spirits, taking Spanish heritage and adding a little twist. The menu starts with the classics which you then add your own twist to by adding infused favours such as cinnamon, coriander, apple, spices, lime, anything you want really!
