It can be rented for a period of 12 months and can afterwards be extended. Behind the house the S-Bahn runs, but the apartment is still very quiet due to double glazing and the thick walls. The Landwehr station is just around the corner. Also bus stops and subway stations are in the vicinity. There is parking space on the street. Miscellaneous For the rental we need a Schufa (apply now) (apply now) -information and salary statements or employment contract and employer's certificate. The deposit is 2100 Euro (two months rent). The final cleaning has to be done by the tenant himself and will otherwise be deducted from the deposit (250 Euro). Additionally, a one-time service fee of Housing Anywhere is charged. Hinter dem Haus fährt die S-Bahn, die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig durch Isolierverglasung und die dicken Wände. Die Station Landwehr ist direkt um die Ecke. Auch Bushaltestellen und U-Bahnstationen befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße. Sonstiges Für die Vermietung benötigen wir eine Schufa - Auskunft und Gehaltsnachweise, Arbeitsvertrag oder Arbeitgeberbescheinigung und Vorvermieterbescheinigung. Die Kaution beträgt 1990 Euro (zwei Monatsmieten). Die Endreinigung ist vom Mieter selbst vorzunehmen und wird andernfalls mit der Kaution verrechnet (250 Euro).
