Some parks, 3 swimming pools, bowling etc. can all be reached in a few minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the edge of downtown Berlin and is very conveniently located. The Greifswalder Straße train station is only a few minutes' walk away. From there you can take the S-Bahn (lines 41, 42, 8, 85, 9) to the entire Berlin city area. The Berlin airports are also easily accessible from there. You can also get to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes by tram (3 to 5 minutes on weekdays).
