There might be also a slight variation in furniture. *** Information regarding the contract and deposit To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 month's rent) on our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in over the next couple of days. Once completed the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit on our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days, so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent. We are a legitimate and certified landlord that is responsible for ten buildings across Berlin and have several apartments in this category that may vary in the layout than what’s included in the listing. Be mindful that 7% VAT is included in the rental price.
