Also perfect for a group of friends, it also has unlimited Internet Wifi, washing machine, equipped kitchen and sofa bed in the lounge, towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
