Location The flat is centrally located in Prenzlauer Berg at Storkower Straße 70. The area is quietly situated in the countryside but still well connected to the transport network. In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the bus stop, where the bus line 200 takes you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. The S-Bahn station Greifswalder Straße (Ringbahn S42) is a 10-minute walk away. There you will find numerous shopping facilities (Edeka, Alnatura, Aldi...) Area The residential area is ideal for those who love the urban flair. In the immediate vicinity are numerous cool locations, such as trendy cafes, bars or scene clubs. If you prefer a bit quieter, you will have a relaxing walk through the Volkspark Friedrichshain. Alexanderplatz, TV-Tower, Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburger Tor and the government quarter are in any Berlin visit missing - and they must not. Thanks to its central location and easy access to public transport, every hotspot can be reached quickly. We will provide you the necessary document für your registration ("Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung"). Type of contract: The deposit and the first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy are already included in the monthly rent. The prepayment usually covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (fair- & climate-friendly use agreement). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner....
