It is very centrally located in the lowest part of the old Eixample area with a few minutes walk to Plaza Universitat, El Raval and Sant Antoni, approx. 10 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya / Las Ramblas and approx. 15 minutes walk to places like Plaza Espana, Barri Gotico and El Born. Walking to the beach takes about 30 min. The nearest metro, Urgell, is one block away. The apartment is typical for the area with large spacious rooms, 320 cm in ceiling height with high doorways and old details preserved. It has been renovated during 2020 and equipped with new furniture, appliances, linen, etc. The apartment has beds for 4 people in 2 rooms with possibility for a 5th person (foldable bed), in a separate room at the back of the apartment. The apartment has mostly indirect sun and is well ventilated from two sides, which normally makes it sufficiently cool during the summer. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as extra floor fans, if required. There is also a portable ac-unit in case of heat waves. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment and are very quiet.
