This suite private room has a queen size bed, big wardrobe, desk and chair, bed table, tv. The flat is composed by a large equipped kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms and other 4 bedrooms. The flat is shared only with international or italian students. The monthly rent included all utilities : electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges. cleaning of common part once a month..
