This cosy studio-flat is perfect for 1 or 2 erasmus students as it is very close to the university. It's on the top (fourth floor) so it is quiet, bright and has a small roof terrace. Unfortunately the building doesn't have a lift so it's only suitable for fit people who don't mind stairs. The flat has everything that a student/worker away from home could need (duvet/bedding/towels/kitchenware/iron/hairdryer/wifi etc. There is also a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm The owner (myself) is happy to help with any problems or requests.
