In addition, it includes the cleaning of common areas once a month. So you just have to take care of your room! ABOUT THE AREA: The apartment is in the heart of the Eixample and very close to Gràcia. Around it, you will find several shops and leisure venues. In walking distance, you will arrive at Casa Batlló or the Sagrada Familia itself. It is an enviable location! In addition, the apartment is just a few steps from the Girona L4 metro stop.
