From there you can reach every district of Berlin in shortest time. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosks, several restaurants and bars and everything else needed for a good living. - Landlord Policies The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + electricity + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
