It has an open-space kitchen and living-dining room, 2 complete bathrooms and a laundry cupboard with a combined washing machine/tumble dryer. All spaces in the property have strong access to WiFi and adjustable heating/air conditioning systems. The apartment is very central, with all services and shops as well as recreation areas such as El Retiro park or the Prado Museum, or the emblematic streets of Alcalá, Serrano and Velázquez, within walking distance. Nevertheless, the area is well-connected with reliable transport links. To one side of the luxurious Salamanca neighbourhood, the Ibiza neighbourhood where this apartment is located has its very own, young, vibrant and friendly atmosphere, and is a very authentic destination to grab a drink and eat tapas, whilst being a peaceful and safe area with wide gardened boulevards. RENT VARIES ACCORDING TO DURATION OF STAY: 700€/month for 12+ month stays, 750€/month for 6-12 month stays, 800€/month for less than 6 month stays, excluding utility bills and cleaning service cost-shared with flatmates. La céntrica ubicación del apartamento, con todos los servicios y comercios a mano, te permiten recorrer a pie zonas de recreo cercanas como el propio Parque del Retiro y el Museo del Prado, o las emblemáticas calles de Alcalá, Serrano y Velázquez; no obstante, también cuenta con buenas conexiones de transporte. A un costado del barrio Salamanca, el barrio de Ibiza, en el que se encuentra, tiene un ambiente proprio – joven, animado y desenfadado –, y es un buen destino castizo en donde alternar bares para tomarse unas cañas, unas buenas raciones o disfrutar de sus terrazas, con el añadido de ser un barrio tranquilo y seguro, con amplios bulevares. EL PRECIO DEL ALQUILER VARÍA SEGÚN LA DURACIÓN DE ESTANCIA: 700€/mes por estancias de más de 12 meses, 750€/mes por estancias de 6-12 meses, y 800€/mes por estancias de menos de 6 meses, excluyendo gastos de suministro y limpieza compartidos entre los inquilinos.
