The owners stated that they wanted to give the flat a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand-new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic- or on- the-go meals, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The property comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, a fully-automated espresso- and cappuccino-maker. The apartment features a large double bed, roomy closets, a flat screen LED TV with cable featuring international channels, free Wi-Fi internet and a washer-dryer. It is just a short walk to 4 S-Bahn lines (S8, S9, S41, S42 and S85) a metro (U2) and a tram line, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 15 minutes. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: The rental deposit is two month's rent. If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest....
