The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard, on the groundfloor, in the central area, near the Porta Nuova station and the Politecnico. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed equipped with a desk. Fast Internet connection. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. During the winter season the heating costs must be added (about 150 euros per month from November to April). The rent is calculated for 2 people. in case of additional guests (up to 4) the cost is increased by 10 euros per day per extra person The location of the apartment is very popular, because despite being in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, it is very quiet as it is inside the courtyard.
