A washing machine and high-performance Wi-Fi are provided. The property is part of Moabit district, a multicultural residential neighborhood north of Tiergarten park, and it provides all necessary amenities to have an easy life. All shops, restaurants, parks, and public transports are within walking distance and the location is very close to U-Bhf Turmstraße subway station. All additional costs are also included. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full.
