The place is 80m2, with a wide living room and kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, dish washer and clothes washer). There is also a nice balcony in 5th floor for the spring days ;) The flat is located in a secured residence, between the “porte des postes” and “montebello” subways; and just next to the “marché de Wazemmes” ! About me; I’m a 24 years old guy in medicine university. I’m looking for a roommate to share my big flat from JANUARY to MAY-JUNE approximatively. I’m not very present at home, but I’m looking into someone quiet and nice to live with :) The room is to rent for a raisonnable rent of 400 euros per month including taxes and Wi-Fi ! Appartement de 80m2, salon et cuisine spacieux ; 2 chambres ; bien équipé avec frigo, four, lave vaisselle et lave linge ! En prime un joli balcon au 5ème étage pour les jours de printemps. L’appart est dans une résidence sécurisée, entre les métros Porte des Postes et Montebello, proche du marché de Wazemmes ! Je suis étudiant en 6ème année de médecine à la catho ; je cherche un coloc pour partager ce grand appart de janvier à mai-juin environ. (parfait pour un Erasmus !) Je ne suis pas souvent chez moi en journée, et je recherche plutôt quelqu’un de calme et posé, ce qui n'empêche pas une vie sympa en coloc ! Je sous-loue la chambre pour un loyer raisonnable de 400 euros/mois avec charges et wifi compris :) J’attends de tes nouvelles ! Thomas...
