Cosy, fully furnished 2-room flat (55 m2, 2nd of 5 floors) in the heart of Friedrichshain. Facing the courtyard, it is quiet, even though restaurants, cafés and bars are right outside the door. S+U Frankfurter Allee is 2 minutes away, Boxhagener Platz and Warschauer Straße are within walking distance. The bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a proper workspace with desk and office chair. The living room has a corner sofa and a projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes and cookware. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. There is also a small balcony and WiFi with 100 Mbit/s. The rent of 1,390 € per month includes all utilities: heating, electricity, water, WiFi and the broadcasting fee. Non-smoking flat, no pets. Ideal for professionals or couples staying in Berlin for several months. This is my own flat and my main residence. I am renting it out temporarily because I have to work in Frankfurt for several months. Afterwards I will move back in myself, so the rental ends on 12 June 2027 at the latest...
