Wir möchten gerne unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung von Ende Oktober bis Ende Dezember für 9 Wochen vom 22.10. - 31.12.2026 untervermieten - der Zeitraum ist etwas flexibel, wenn du 1 Person oder ein Pärchen bist könntest du / ihr auch schon kurz davor / bis kurz danach das Gästezimmer haben. Wie man auf den Fotos erkennen kann, handelt es sich um eine gemütliche, voll möblierte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Küche verfügt über einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine usw. Die Waschmaschine im Bad kann benutzt werden. Die Dachterrasse hat Westausrichtung. Wir haben ein Baby, d.h. Babyausstattung (Babybett, Wickeltisch, Hochsitz etc.) sind vorhanden und dürfen natürlich gerne benutzt werden. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: die S-Bahnstation Rosenheimer Platz an der Stammlinie ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist, der Ostbahnhof in 10 Minuten. Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar mit Baby für Praktikum/Wohnungssuche/Übergangswohnung in München für den verfügbaren Zeitraum. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
