Hallo! Meine Tochter ist gerade auf Reisen, deshalb möchte ich ihr Zimmer für einen begrenzten Zeitraum untervermieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich sehr zentral in Berlin, in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes, an der Station Mollstraße/Otto-Braun-Straße. Es ist möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett mit Bettzeug, einen Kleiderschrank und einen kleinen Schreibtisch. Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Monitor zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Küche, das Badezimmer und das Wohnzimmer können mitbenutzt werden. Im Kühlschrank und in der Küche gibt es außerdem ein kleines Fach bzw. etwas Platz für deine eigenen Sachen. Bei uns leben außerdem zwei sehr freundliche und neugierige Katzen – sie kennen leider keine Grenzen und sind überall dabei. 😊 Wenn du Katzen nicht magst oder allergisch auf sie reagierst, wäre das Zimmer daher wahrscheinlich nicht die richtige Wahl für dich. Der Preis beträgt 25 € pro Tag (42 € für Paar). Wir würden einen kleinen Vertrag abschließen, vor allem um die Hausregeln und den angemessenen Umgang mit dem Internet festzuhalten.
