Lage: Wir wohnen in Steglitz, nur 4 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Südende entfernt (S25/S26 und S2). Vom Südkreuz trennen uns nur zwei Stationen, Anbindung in die ganze Stadt also top. Zum Einkaufen ist Lidl in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Nahkauf in rund 7 Minuten. WG-Leben: Wir sind eine 4er-WG und keine Zweck-WG, sondern beste Freunde: Sophia (31, Fotografin), Matti (34, Musiker), die beiden sind ein Paar und Arthur (44, Musiker, aus L.A.). Alle selbstständig, kreativ und offen. Unser Sauberkeitslevel ist hoch uns schon entspannt geregelt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind natürlich vorhanden. Sonstiges: Warmmiete 680€, Kaution 1500€, schnelles Internet (100 Mbit+) inklusive. Frei ab 15. November bis offenes Ende, Untermietvertrag auf Anfrage möglich.
