Es gibt eine direkte Anbindung an die M4 sowie einen Aufzug im Haus. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und verfügt über eine ausgestattete Küche (Pfannen, Töpfe, Besteck usw.), einen Waschtrockner, ein Bett, Esstisch und Stühle, ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bücherregal, einen Fernseher, eine Outdoor-Sitzecke sowie mehrere Kommoden. Sie wird warm vermietet, inklusive Internet und Strom. Direkt im Haus bzw. in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich außerdem zwei Spätis und ein Supermarkt.
