Liebe Wohnungssuchenden, Da ich ab dem 20. Oktober für ein halbes Jahr eine Südostasien Reise mache, würde ich gerne für diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat 1 1/2 Zimmer, 55 Quadratmeter, einen recht großen Balkon, Keller (falls benötigt) und ist möbliert (siehe Bilder). Toll wäre eine Person, die pfleglich und verantwortungsbewusst mit der Einrichtung umgeht, Rücksicht auf meine Nachbarn nimmt und verlässlich für ein halbes Jahr zusagen kann. Die Wohnung ist in der Achillesstraße in Berlin Karow und durch die S2 recht gut ans Zentrum gebunden. So ist man in 20 Minuten Gesundbrunnen oder einer halben Stunde Friedrichstraße.
