Hey ich suche für mein möbliertes Zimmer in Hamburg eine nette Person zur Untermiete. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 groß und Teil einer gemütlichen 2er-WG. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich führen eine sehr entspannte und unkomplizierte WG. Wir verbringen gerne mal Zeit zusammen, quatschen in der Küche, kochen oder machen etwas gemeinsam, gleichzeitig hat aber natürlich jeder sein eigenes Leben und seinen Freiraum. Uns ist einfach wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben entspannt ist und sich alle zu Hause wohlfühlen. Wir haben auch eine Disco Kugel in der Küche für die ein oder andere Tanzeinlage :) 💃💃🪩 Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und studiere Medizin. Da ich für einige Monate nicht in Hamburg sein werde, möchte ich mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit gerne untervermieten. Gesucht wird jemand ab sofort bis Ende Januar bzw. Mitte Februar, idealerweise für den gesamten Zeitraum. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, sodass alles für einen unkomplizierten Einzug vorhanden ist. Wichtig wäre uns vor allem, dass die Person zu uns und unserer entspannten WG passt, zuverlässig ist und Lust auf ein angenehmes und unkompliziertes Zusammenleben hat. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
