This makes the house-share particularly suitable for international, Erasmus and exchange students who would like to live with French students during their stay in Bordeaux. The apartment is arranged over three levels. The two sleeping floors each have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, providing a good balance between shared student life and privacy. The apartment includes a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely 14 m2 terrace. It is fully equipped with: 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets dishwasher washing machine and dryer fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and cooking equipment dishes and kitchenware high-speed fibre internet video projector plenty of shared storage space A professional cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the shared areas. 🛏️ Your private room Each private bedroom is approximately 11 m2 and is fully furnished with a bed, desk and private dressing/storage space. Bed linen is provided, so the room is ready for you when you arrive — just bring your suitcase! 💶 €650/month – all bills included The monthly rent is €650, truly all inclusive. It includes water, electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, building charges and professional cleaning of the shared areas every two weeks. There are therefore no electricity, gas, water or internet contracts to arrange when you arrive and no additional monthly utility bills. 📍 Location The apartment is located in the Chartrons / Grand Parc area of Bordeaux, close to public transport and the Tram C, with easy access to central Bordeaux, the Chartrons district and the city's different university campuses. The neighbourhood offers supermarkets, shops and everyday amenities nearby. 🌍 Who are we looking for? We are particularly happy to welcome international, Erasmus and exchange students coming to Bordeaux for a semester or an academic year.
