Residencia ubicada en una zona residencial muy segura y con una excelente comunicación con el centro de Madrid (metro Arturo Soria y autobuses 21, 114, 70). Habitación luminosa, con independencia en la casa, con escritorio grande, gran vestidor, tocador, baño para uso compartido (700€) individual (800€). Edificio con piscina y jardín de uso comunitario en una comunidad muy tranquila. Estarás muy a gusto en una familia acostumbrada a recibir a estudiantes, con posibilidad de compartir los momentos de la comida con la familia si quieres o con independencia total si lo prefieres. Alquilamos la habitación de nuestra hija mayor que se ha ido a estudiar fuera de España su carrera universitaria y estamos encantados de conocer a estudiantes nuevos y a ayudarles en su inmersión en la ciudad.
