Piso ubicado en Ciudad de los Ángeles, con el metro línea 3, a 6 minutos andando y dejándonos en la estación de metro Sol en 15 minutos, además de varias líneas de autobuses muy cerca. La zona es muy verde y tranquila y cuenta con supermercados, farmacias, bancos etc. a pocos minutos caminando. El precio de la habitación es de 450€/mes. Los gastos de electricidad, Internet y agua no están incluidos. Se solicitara al inquilino un mes de fianza y un mes de garantía de depósito. Se solicitará contrato de trabajo y nóminas. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
