The apartment is situated near the train station and near the main high street. There is a large bedroom with a desk in an alcove next to the window. The washing machine is in a small utility area next to the bathroom. There is also a relaxing living area with sofa and armchair. There is everything you need for your stay in Bologna without bringing anything from home: kitchenware, bed linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron, wi-fi. etc. The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student.
