The apartment has a main bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with shower plus a guest WC, and a bright third room (home-office with a bed, also usable as a guest room). Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, washing machine & dryer, WiFi and TV. Move-in ready — towels and bed linen are provided. €2,600/month all-inclusive, deposit €6,000. Available 1 June – 30 September 2026, initially 2–3 months with the option to extend. Perfect for professionals or a couple looking for a central, ready-to-move-in home.
