The apartment is around 50–60 sqm and is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. It features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. Thoughtfully decorated by an interior designer and filled with natural light, it’s perfect for working from home or enjoying the city. The apartment comes fully furnished (as shown in the pictures), and all utilities are included in the rent. The deposit is €1,000.
