I am subletting my fully furnished apartment in Friedrichshain for the month of June (May 25 - June 30). The apartment is 76 m2, bright, spacious, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Amenities include a bathtub, balcony, washing machine, dishwasher, large dining table, PlayStation 5, a 160 cm bed, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood with many great restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. Thanks to its close proximity to Berlin Ostkreuz station, you can easily reach all parts of the city. With its spacious living area and open layout, the apartment is especially suitable for one person or a couple. Rent (including everything) is 1100 €.
