The flat is fully equipped (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, living room with Smart TV) and has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere with plants and natural details. You will be sharing the apartment with me, creating a calm and respectful environment. Located in a classic 1906 building with a protected modernist façade, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, giving the space a unique character. The location is excellent: just a few minutes from Plaça Espanya, Sant Antoni neighborhood and Montjuïc (park, fountains, castle and museums). About 20 minutes walking to Plaza Universitat and Sants station, and about 15 minutes to Gran Via. Metro stop just 3 minutes away...
