From 1 July 2026, we will be subletting our apartment located on Matternstraße (Friedrichshain) as we will be moving abroad for a limited period. The apartment is not suitable as a shared flat (WG) and is ideal for single occupants or couples looking for a high-quality home in a very good location. The apartment offers 78 sqm of living space and a true highlight: a spacious rooftop terrace of approx. 32 sqm with panoramic views over all of Berlin – perfect for sunny evenings, working from home or relaxed weekends. The sublease will be limited until the end of February 2027. The apartment has a great layout and immediately feels like home. Thanks to its many windows and elevated position, all rooms are bright and filled with natural light. The atmosphere is very cozy, making it easy to settle in quickly. The neighbors and house community are very pleasant. A particular highlight is the rooftop terrace, which faces the rear building and is therefore extremely quiet – no street noise, no traffic.
