I sublet my furnished apartment due to a long term stay abroad. It comes with wifi (fiber) and everything else you need. 75qm, terrace, large windows, floor heating in all rooms, electric exterior blinds, dish washer, elevator. It's on the 1st floor, but the backyard is elevated, so you get to enjoy a terrace and some lawn, but no one is walking by your windows. You will have exclusive use of the bedroom and full use of the rest of the apartment during the sublet period. I am in Asia for the next year...

How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
