By public transport: Roseraie metro station (line A) connects to Jean-Jaurès, Capitole and Matabiau station in a few stops. Several bus lines run nearby. Toulouse-Blagnac airport is reachable by car or via Compans-Caffarelli airport shuttle (line A metro), about 30 minutes in total.
