I am renting a very bright & perfect condition appartment in Rotherbaum, closed to all amenities & metro station Schanze & Dammtor. Also very close are Schanzenpark and Planten um Blumen Park Situated on the 4th floor in a modern & recent building ( 2017) with elevator, the apartment has a fully furnished, modern kitchen, lots of space to cook, a steamed oven and a large fridge. It has also a silent dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine. It has 1 bedroom. The couch in the living room is not suitable as a spare bed. It has also a parking place in the garage ( exclusively for the appartement and included in the rent) and a bike area inside the building...
