Double Room for Rent – For One or Two Girls We are two girls looking for a third female flatmate to share our apartment. The double room is available for one or two girls. Couples are not accepted. Two people may share the room only if they are friends or sisters and have a good relationship (price for two people: €700). Our fundamental value is respect. Utilities are included in the price: gas, water, electricity, and internet. The apartment has a balcony/terrace and has been fully renovated. It is located just a 1-minute walk from the green metro line (L3 – Canyelles). Important: Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, not inside the apartment. 15 minutes by metro to Plaça Catalunya. 1 minute from the Ronda entrance and 2 minutes walking distance from a paddle club. Nearby amenities include BonÀrea, La Caixa bank, a pharmacy, a square, and a supermarket. Close to the mountains, ideal for sports and outdoor activities.
