Located on the 5th floor, the building is secured by entry code. Our apartments are all ready to live in and equipped with Wifi, so all you have to do is move in with your suitcases. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1400 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2800 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 1400 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 2800 EUR otherwise.
