The apartment is a fully independent, furnished unit, suitable for everyday living (fully usable kitchen, comfortable living space). It is located in a quiet and safe residential area, just 1–2 minutes’ walk from the train station, with direct access to Saint-Lazare in less than 10 minutes, making it very convenient to reach central Paris. I am looking for calm, respectful and tidy tenants who will take good care of the space and respect the neighbours.
