A private room, a shared large kitchen, a shared large bathroom including bathtub and washing machine. The room is quiet and has a view on the backyard. The room has a Queen-sized electric bed, which can be manoeuvred as recliner. A desk can be provided and fitted, if desired. The room also has TV, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside commodes. A desk will be retrofitted if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, e.g. TV, dishwasher, large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, air fryer etc. No registration/Anmeldung with the housing office is possible.
