Located on the 6th floor with elevator, the pre-20th century building is secured by a janitor and intercom. All our apartments are furnished and equipped with Wifi for a peaceful stay. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 3200 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 6400 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 3200 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 6400 EUR otherwise.
