Die 125 m2 große Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Schlafcouch, einem großen Essbereich, einer umfassend ausgestatteten Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer, alle abschließbar und mit Zugang zum Balkon. Des Weiteren ist ein großes Badezimmer vorhanden sowie ein separates Gäste-WC. Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN, Smart-TV mit Kabelfernsehen und Streaming-Diensten, Heizung, Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Arbeitsplatz. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind bei Bedarf verfügbar. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 große Balkone mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt oder in einen ruhigen Park.
