Es ist eine kleine grüne Oase der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit, und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es verfügt über einen separaten Eingang mit privater Terrasse. Die Terrasse wird in den wärmeren Monaten gesäumt von einem großen Bio-Kräutergarten, der gerne mitgenutzt werden darf. Im hellen Wohnraum befindet sich ein beheiztes 1,60m Wasserbett sowie ein Schlafsofa. Außerdem natürlich ein Esstisch mit zwei bequmen Sesseln, an dem man auch gut arbeiten kann. Kostenloses WIFI gehört ebenso dazu, wie ein Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten und natürlich eine Auswahl an Töpfen, Pfannen und wichtigen Utensilien. Das neue Badezimmer hat eine ebenerdige Dusche, Waschbecken, WC. Es steht außerdem eine eigene Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
