ich suche eine freundliche, saubere Person, die während meiner beruflichen Abwesenheit vom 21.2. bis zum 31.8. auf meine geliebte Wohnung und auf meine Pflanzen aufpasst. Idealerweise wirst du dich in meinem Heim genau so wohl fühlen wie ich :-) Die vollmöblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen aber feinen modernen Küche ausgestattet, in der man alles bis auf eine Spülmaschine findet. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Zudem gibt es einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf eine Grünfläche. Der Balkon muss im Frühling mit einer Blaumeisenfamilie geteilt werden :-) Das Sofa lässt sich zu einem Doppelbett für Gäste ausziehen. Es gibt einen Waschkeller und einen Fahrrad Raum. Mit Bussen kommt man zügig zu den U-Bahn Stationen Wandsbek-Gartenstadt und Wandsbek Markt. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man ein REWE Center und einen Aldi. Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten sowie WLAN und GEZ enthalten. Bitte Einkommensnachweis und Nachweis einer Haftpflichtbesichtigung vorlegen. Anfragen für nur wenige Monate können nicht berücksichtigt werden...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
