Sie ist minimalistisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man braucht, darunter ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Hohe Decken und Holzdielenböden runden das Bild ab. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, daher sollte der/die Untermieter/in ähnlich sein. Die Lage ist wunderschön und zentraler in Berlin. Bei Interesse melden Sie sich bitte und erzählen Sie mir etwas über sich. Ich werde einen Vertrag aufsetzen, damit alles klar ist.
