WLAN und Nebenkosten sind inklusive. Alle Zimmer sind ruhig und zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre. Sie ist minimalistisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man braucht, darunter ein Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Hohe Decken und Holzdielenböden runden das Bild ab. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, daher sollte der/die Untermieter/in ähnlich sein. Die Lage ist wunderschön und zentraler in Berlin. Bei Interesse melden Sie sich bitte und erzählen Sie mir etwas über sich. Ich werde einen Vertrag aufsetzen, damit alles klar ist. Außerdem benötige ich eine Kaution, die am Ende des Mietverhältnisses zurückerstattet wird. Die Höhe der Kaution können wir gemeinsam festlegen. Bitte keine Wohngemeinschaften. Ich suche vorzugsweise eine Einzelperson. Keine Haustiere. Rauchen verboten. Partys sind nicht gestattet...
