Our accommodation, complete with all the appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is simple yet modern and colorful. The apartment comprises: - An entrance hall with a coat rack and a mirrored wardrobe for your jackets and shoes; - An open-plan kitchen and living room, offering every comfort. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with everything you need: an induction stovetop and oven, as well as a coffee maker and kettle. There's also a table with two chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The living room is furnished with every comfort: a three-seater sofa and a Smart TV, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing evening binge-watching your favorite shows by connecting your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other accounts; - A sleeping area with a double bed and two spacious wardrobes; - The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, washing machine, and shower; a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and soap) and a hairdryer are also provided. The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and, despite being located right in the city center, its windows allow for peace and relaxation, completely isolating outside noise. How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.

  • More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
