Il condominio si affaccia sulla piazzetta Santa Lucia in cui si trovano vari esercizi commerciali: panificio, salumeria, calzolaio, fruttivendolo, parrucchiere, macelleria, edicola, bar, pasticceria etc. L'appartamento è situato 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città e 5 minuti a piedi dalla funicolare per città alta, 200 metri dall'accademia della Guardia di Finanza e dal complesso sportivo Italcementi (piscina etc). L'ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII, dista 1800 metri ed è raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici la cui fermata è a 50 metri ( Linee Autobus ATB: C1A, C1B, C1H). A circa 200 metri la linea 8 per la stazione.
