I've moved out of the apartment and I have this contract with my landlord until the 15th of February, so I am looking for someone to take over from December to Mid-February as a sublet and then, if needed (not necessary), to sign a contract with the landlord of unlimited duration right after that. Period: - Check-in: 13 December 2025 - Check-out: Mid-February 2026 in sublet, flexible after that if desired with direct contract with the landlord Total monthly price: - from December to Mid February: €1550 per month - from Mid February onward: 1460€ (yes, lower).
