Kitchen use with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as internet, are all included. Everything is inclusive! The entire apartment has 4 rooms and is approximately 100 square meters in total, and one room would be entirely yours. If you need it, you can also officially register (Anmeldung) here, and we can draw up a rental agreement for your €600 monthly rent, for your security. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
